If games are cancelled due to weather or field closure, the Club Manager must login to www.yssl.org to click on the RAINOUT GAMES link on the club page. Cancelled games should be checked and click on the "Submit Selected Rainout Games" button at the bottom of the page. Be sure to call the opposing team and appropriate referee assignor for all cancelled games.
Important: Player Adds/Transfers/Drops - Deadline
Please be aware that any player add or transfer you want approved to be available to play in the weekend's game MUST be submitted in the YSSL system prior to Midnight on Thursdays. Any players entered after that day and time we CANNOT guarantee they will be approved and available to play. It is the club's responsibility to enter these players in a timely manner.
